Ongar Station

The terminus for the Epping Ongar Railway is situated in Station Approach, off Ongar High Street.
Please note there is no public parking at Ongar station; there are limited disabled spaces which can be booked in advance. Station Approach and Victoria Road are private roads which are subject to parking enforcement.
Public car parks are available in Ongar High Street, a short walk away from Ongar station.
Ongar station is just off the A414 Harlow to Chelmsford Road with easy access from both the M25 and M11, and further afield via the A10. From the M25, take junction 27 onto the M11 northbound. From the M11 exit at Junction and follow the brown signs along the A414 towards Chelmsford. At the Four Wantz roundabout in Ongar, take the third exit into the High Street. Public car parks are situated just beyond the station, from where it is a short walk back to join our train and bus services.
You can also access Ongar from the A12 and Brentwood via the A128 directly to Ongar and the public car parks in the town centre.

North Weald Station

The station is located on Station Road, just off the B181 Epping Road. Please note that for our regular daytime services, at all times when our heritage bus service is in operation, there is no public parking at North Weald station or in adjacent Tempest Mead. There are limited spaces reserved for Blue Badge Holders which must be booked in advance.
On specific dates, as noted in our timetables limited parking will be available at North Weald station.
For evening dining trains, parking will be made available at North Weald station as there is no connecting bus service for these trains.
No parking is available at other times (except for blue badge holders).
Epping Station

Epping Underground station has an extensive car park, with parking rates heavily discounted on weekends and bank holidays. Our frequent 339 heritage bus service runs most days that we are operating (check timetables for the date of your visit) linking Epping Station to our train services at North Weald and Ongar, from right outside the front of Epping station. There are also car parks in the town centre, and our heritage bus picks up from all the bus stops along the High Street.
Epping station is located off Station Road, and is signposted off the main High Street through Epping (B1393), and has easy access from both the M11 and M25.
From the M25 at junction 26, follow the A121 towards Loughton and Epping, and then take the B1393 to Epping, turning right at the roundabout just beyond the Tesco superstore.
From the M11 at junction 7, follow the B1393 to Epping, turning left at the roundabout just beyond the church.
The Epping Ongar Railway is not responsible for the car park at Epping Underground station and cannot accept any liability whatsoever in respect of any vehicles parked there.
