Railcar Association Annual Convention6, 7 October

We welcome the Railcar Association to the Epping Ongar Railway for their 23rd Annual Convention. We will be running an intensive multiple unit service alongside our regular steam services. Our standard fares apply. Our usual heritage connecting buses will be in operation between Epping Underground, North Weald, Ongar and Shenfield stations. 

Expected to feature are our heritage class 117/121 hybrid diesel multiple unit appearing alongside visiting class 121 single car DMU, 55033, which is similar to our own unit, and used to work alongside it on services out of London Paddington. 

We are pleased to offer a fish and chip supper on the 17.00 departure from North Weald on Saturday 6 October.

The timetable for trains and buses can be found here. This includes additional trains operated by the visiting unit, and later evening trains on the Saturday.

Fares

Our standard fares apply, allowing unlimited all day travel on all of the trains and heritage buses.

Adult £14; Concession £13; Child £7; Family (up to 2 adults and 3 children) £36.
