Real Ale Train25 September
Our Real Ale Trains are back for 2021!
Running as part of our Autumn Diesel Gala, the train fare is just £12 per person for travel on the train (excluding drinks and other refreshments). The train will make a number of journeys between North Weald, Ongar and Epping Forest throughout the evening. Diesel haulage from locomotives 20227 and 37029 will feature. If you hold an All Day Rover ticket for the diesel gala then this is valid on the Real Ale Train with no extra charge.
We plan to have a selection of local real ales and ciders available, along with soft drinks and some other products, onboard the train.
Leave the car at home!
It's easy to get to us, as a heritage bus connection will operate from Epping Underground station and Shenfield station for these services.
Real Ale and Cider
The Real Ale and Cider list will be updated here closer to the evening.
