June Real Ale Train with steam!9 June
Following the success of our Real Ale Trains last year, we're running even more this year!
Running as part of our Steam Gala, with steam traction at the helm for the first time, the train fare is just £10 for travel after 5pm (£5 for holders of our residents railcard). Alternatively if you wish to enjoy the full day with us, then our All Day Rover ticket includes travel on the Real Ale Train.
We plan to have a selection of local cask ales from Leigh on Sea and Silk's breweries and 2 ciders available, together with bottled ales, soft drinks, wine and bar snacks, onboard the train in the Flag and Whistle Bar. Contactless payment will be accepted!
Leave the car at home!
We will be running our connecting heritage buses between North Weald and Epping Underground station later into the evening including a connection with the last train arrival. Check back later for times.
